Tour Highlights
Ishigaki's west coast is dotted with beaches where the sunset sinks right into the horizon. Hamachan checks the weather and cloud conditions to pick the spot with the most beautiful sunset that day. Beach chairs are set up, cold drinks and island treats are prepared, and all that's left is to wait for the sun to set.
As the sky turns orange, Hamachan's sanshin performance begins. From classic Okinawan folk songs to Hamachan's original island tunes — the sound of sanshin against the backdrop of waves is an experience unique to Ishigaki.
Zero fitness required. From toddlers to grandparents, everyone is welcome. Join on your first evening to feel the island vibe, or save it for your last night as the perfect farewell. Since it's one group only, we can accommodate surprises for proposals or anniversaries. Just ask.
Tour Itinerary
- Meet & Head to the Beach (15 min) - From the meeting point to the day's best sunset beach. Leave it to Hamachan to pick the spot.
- Setup & Drink Time (15 min) - Set up beach chairs, prepare cold drinks and island snacks. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere before the sun begins to set.
- Sunset Viewing & Sanshin Live (60 min) - As the sky changes color, the sanshin begins. From Okinawan folk songs to originals, a live performance that touches the heart as the sun goes down.
- Magic Hour & Photos (20 min) - The magic hour after sunset — when the sky turns pink and purple — is the best photo opportunity. Hamachan helps with photography too.
- Clean-Up & Farewell - Photo data will be sent later. Enjoy a wonderful evening.
